Job Description: Quality Auditor - Sr Associate

Location: Noida, Delhi

Are you passionate about quality and compliance? Do you have experience in auditing within the

supply chain or warehouse operations, particularly in the FMCG(Food) F&V (Fruits and Vegetables)

sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join our team!

Role Overview:

As a DC Auditor, you will execute quality audits at DC store locations. Your role will focus on

ensuring strict adherence to audit plans, identifying non-conformities (NCs), and collaborating with

stakeholders to resolve any gaps. Youll work to maintain high-quality standards, monitor regulatory

compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform audits in line with the audit plan covering inbound, storage, and outbound processes

✅ Identify and report non-conformities (NCs), documenting root causes and trends

✅ Work closely with operations and quality teams to track and resolve NCs through CAPA

implementation

✅ Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

✅ Maintain detailed records of audits and provide regular updates on audit progress

✅ Conduct on-the-spot training and awareness sessions to address gaps during audits

✅ Suggest process improvements based on audit observations

What Were Looking For:

✔️ Education: Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology

✔️ Experience: Minimum 2+ years of quality auditing experience, preferably in the supply chain, e-commerce, or warehouse operations, with a mandatory background in Milk, staple F&V supply chain

The DC Auditor will be responsible for executing quality audits at the store level, including

locations, ensuring strict adherence to the audit plan. This role involves identifying non-

conformities (NCs), documenting findings in detail, and collaborating with stakeholders to

ensure the timely closure of NCs. The Auditor will focus on maintaining quality standards,

monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process

improvement. The role demands a proactive approach to auditing, the ability to track and report

audit progress, and the expertise to ensure compliance with established SOPs, quality

standards, and regulatory guidelines.
