Head - Legal - Pharma Industry (8-15 yrs)

1. Lead contract negotiations with European and ROW commercial partners, fostering effective business relationships.

2. Draft, review, and amend various legal contracts, including vendor agreements, distribution agreements, NDAs, and service contracts.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with organizational policies, compliance standards, and strategic goals.

4. Analyze and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts, advising management on any implications for the business.

5. Maintain an organized repository of contracts, tracking obligations, renewals, and terminations.

6. Stay updated on regional legal regulations, standards, and trends to proactively address potential impacts on contracts.

7. 5+ years of experience in contract management, with a focus on European and ROW markets.

8. Proven expertise in negotiating complex commercial contracts within multinational environments.

9. Experience in Pharma contract legal management is a requirement

10. Strong understanding of international commercial laws, including GDPR, data privacy, and cross-border regulations.

11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
