Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling bank matters.

2. Handling auditors.

3. Checking statutory payments PF, Profession Tax, TDS, TDS portal queries, TDS Returns.

4. Checking Limited Review Results, Accounts, Notes To Accounts, Cash flow, Taxation, Consolidated Accounts of a listed Company in Accounts department (not audit firm).

5. Checking GST Returns TALLY to GST website, GST payments, GST Annual Return.

6. Checking GST LUT Registration AND GST Purchases queries AND GST Sales queries.

7. Checking the impacts in Ind AS Accounts.

8. Checking Form 3CD Tax Audit, Income tax return of Company and TRACES website.

9. Checking the foreign payments, re-statement of balances, entries AND IEC Renewal.

10. Handling income tax assessments, TDS assessments and Service tax/GST assessments.

11. Checking all the compliances under the applicable laws - Income Tax, GST, TDS, Foreign payments, etc.

12. Checking the MIS reports and variance analysis with budget and trends.

13. Handling gratuity actuarial valuation through consultant.

14. Reviewing and keeping customers collections current and below 45 days old and Handling customers' queries.

15. Reviewing and managing vendors payments and Handling vendors' queries.

16. Handling cash flow of receipts and payments.

17. Overseas reporting and reconciliation with Receipts.

18. Handling the requests that come in from all the departments.

19. Evaluating investments already made and to be made through Portfolio Managers.

20. Reviewing B/S items and P&L items and keeping these current.
