This is a leading coffee brand and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for coffee powder in Tamil Nadu.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive the sales of our Company branded coffee powders to businesses across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets of 10 MT, ensuring consistent growth and expansion of our customer base.

2. Distribution Management: Establish and maintain a strong distribution network across Tamil Nadu, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.

3. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Market Intelligence: Gather market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure collective success.

Requirements:

6. Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.

7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

8. Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.

9. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu (approximately 20-25 days per month).

10. Language: Fluency in Tamil and English.

11. Preferred companies: Candidates from companies like Lavista, Narasu's, Kannan Cafe, Cothas Coffee, Hatti Coffee, Fresh & Honest etc. would have good chances of getting shortlisted.
