As a Cloud Product Manager, you will work with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior executives, architects, development teams, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of the world s most demanding customers. Specializing in PRD (Product Requirements Document) writing, your primary responsibility is to lead the creation of comprehensive PRDs for our products. The successful candidate should have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams.
What you will do
Product Definition:
Identify, define, and prioritize products and features.
PRD Development:
Lead the development of PRDs for new product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Cloud Technology Expertise:
Familiarity with OpenStack or similar cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
Product Roadmap Representation:
Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and stakeholders.
Pricing and Positioning Strategies:
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Customer Experience and Market Growth:
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience.
Cross-team Collaboration:
Collaborate with development and UX teams to iterate on and refine designs.
Product Content Creation:
Create blogs, whitepapers, videos, and other content to help enable customer success.
Customer Advocacy:
Be an advocate for the customer through the product life cycle.
Product Launches:
Drive product launches, including working with PR teams, executives, and other stakeholders.
Product Evangelism:
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Product Management Experience:
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle.
Technical Background:
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Cloud Technology Knowledge:
Technical domain knowledge of public cloud technologies and/or distributed systems.
