Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager, your key objectives are to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements, and leveraging the experience in our next-generation cloud native core solution along with the product.
What you will do
- Requirements Management: Assist with managing requirements.
- Prioritization and Scheduling: Assist in the prioritization and scheduling of the delivery.
- Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and business stakeholders.
- Status Tracking: Track and report status on delivery to the roadmap.
What you will need
- Project Management Experience: 10+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project methodology.
- Cloud Technology Expertise: Familiarity with OpenStack or similar cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- DevOps Tools Infrastructure: Familiarity with DevOps tools and infrastructure.
- Professional Services Experience: Experience working in a Professional Services role or in an external customer-facing capacity.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to track multiple sub-projects and activities simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to managers and frontline engineers.
- Distributed Teams: Understanding the challenges of working in a distributed environment with multiple teams working on different problems.
- Enterprise Navigation: Ability to navigate through complex enterprise structures to get things done.
- Operations SLAs Processes: Good understanding of Operations SLAs and processes.
- Team Leadership: Previous experience in leading and managing teams is a must.
- Customer Requirements: Ability to comprehend customer requirements.
- Application Development: Preferred experience in application development.
