Manager - Strategy Consulting (4-13 yrs)

1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the execution of large scale, long-term and complex projects in the infrastructure sector. Strategically guide project deliveries to meet quality expectations within time and budget constraints. Develop and implement insights-driven infrastructure strategy based on evolving market trends, policies and regulations.

2. Client Management: Act as a principal point of contact for clients, building and sustaining long-term partnerships. Provide tailored advice to clients including public sector entities, infrastructure owners, project developers, large corporates, contractors, equity investors, and financers on their business plans, regulatory compliance and commercial risks.

3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector, effectively leveraging KGS's Centre of Excellence capabilities. Represent the firm in global conferences and events, promote our capabilities and foster meaningful connections across the industry landscape.

4. Team Management: Lead and nurture a team of multidisciplinary professionals, fostering an environment conducive to professional growth, knowledge sharing and excellent performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive internal and external engagement.

5. Advisory Expertise: Oversee and contribute to the team's thought leadership in areas of infrastructure sectors including transport, social infrastructure (education, healthcare), energy and utilities. Help clients understand and navigate the changing policy and regulatory environment.

6. Data Analytics - Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to derive insights and develop actionable recommendations

7. Strategy - Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor their impact on business performance

8. Industry Analysis - Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative

9. Market Analysis - Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and internal performance metrics to inform decision-making

Strategy Consultant Experience:

1. Work like a start-up to reach out to prospective clients

2. Create client proposals to get strategy projects

3. Develop advisory and reports | Conduct market research

4. Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives

5. Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analysing, preparing and presenting strategy checks

6. Sound knowledge of financial analysis.

7. Experience with project management.

Qualification:

1. Minimum of bachelor degree & 4+ years experience as Strategy Consultant.

2. Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behavior.

3. Excellent project management skills.

4. Deep understanding of management frameworks.
