Java Developer - Spring MVC (1-15 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong background in Spring Framework and SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and databases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).

- Good experience in developing web applications using J2EE, and experience in Spring Boot.

- Expertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using MicroServices, with demonstrable production-scale experience.

- Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.

- Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications

- Good knowledge and proven commercial experience in JAVA/J2EE

- Expertise in spring boot and microservices.

- Good experience in designing .

- Working knowledge of Web Services with REST Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration, continuous deployment and agile software development methodologies.

- Experience working with tools like Git, Maven etc is good to have

- Knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server preferred)

- Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments.

- Write optimized SQL queries for database interactions and ensure database performance.

- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain.

- You will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.

- You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application or database issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

- Ensure code quality by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and writing unit tests.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.
