Job Summary: As a Dynamics CRM Developer, this role focuses on the customization and implementation of processes within Dynamics 365 CRM. The position emphasizes developing tailored solutions to enhance D365 CRMs functionality while integrating it with other systems. Responsibilities include producing detailed design specifications and optimizing processes to improve overall system performance and user experience. Additionally, the role involves creating unit test plans to validate functionality and actively participating in code reviews, ensuring that all development projects meet deadlines and adhere to best practices.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Develop and Customize Solutions including Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) within Dynamics 365 CRM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 CRM with other systems and applications. Provide software development mentoring and assistance for junior developers. Produce standardized and detailed design specifications. Work with key stakeholders to produce business requirement documentation in line with development best practices as well as regulatory requirements.
