Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our company IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing network operations, managing company laptops and IT assets, ensuring secure access to source repositories, and administering Office 365 services. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless IT environment that supports our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network & Security Management: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot company networks, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure security and reliability.
• Laptop & Asset Management: Manage IT inventory, including provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and other devices.
• Source Repository Management: Oversee user access and security policies for version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Office 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, email configurations, security policies, and collaboration tools within Office 365.
• User Support & IT Helpdesk: Provide technical support for employees, resolving hardware/software issues promptly.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup solutions for company data and ensure compliance with security policies.
• IT Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices, including managing access controls, performing security audits, and applying necessary patches and updates.
• Vendor & License Management: Manage relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and oversee software licensing compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS-based laptops.
• Proficiency in administering Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with source repositories like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of IT policies, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automation tools.
• Exposure to ISO 27001 security policies and compliance.
