ZettaMine - SAP Integration Suite Consultant - Cloud Platform Integration (5-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Integration Suite Consultant with a strong background in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and ABAP development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integration flows between SAP and third-party systems, customizing ABAP code to enhance SAP applications, and ensuring optimal system performance.

You will work with business teams and other technical consultants to create seamless, robust solutions tailored to the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) integration flows for connecting SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) with third-party systems.

- Implement integration scenarios using technologies such as IDoc, REST, SOAP, and OData.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g. , non-SAP applications, cloud systems).

- Write ABAP code for custom developments, including enhancements, reports, forms, and workflows.

- Optimize and troubleshoot ABAP programs to ensure they perform efficiently within the SAP landscape.

- Develop ABAP-based reports and interface programs to integrate with other applications and databases.

- Work on debugging and enhancing existing ABAP code as per business requirements.

- Monitor and troubleshoot CPI and ABAP solutions to ensure stable system performance and resolve any integration or technical issues.

- Provide support for integration scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for smoother data flows and reduced errors.

- Troubleshoot complex integration and data transformation issues, particularly around SAP CPI and ABAP coding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, SAP functional consultants, and IT support, to ensure integration solutions align with business needs.

- Work closely with the functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions that meet business objectives.

- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity around integration solutions and timelines.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in creating integration flows in SAP CPI, including handling common integration scenarios such as IDoc, REST, SOAP, and OData.

- Ability to design and configure end-to-end integration processes between SAP and external systems, focusing on data transformation, mappings, and exception handling.

- In-depth experience in ABAP development, including writing enhancements, custom reports, user exits, and BADIs.

- Experience in debugging ABAP code and optimizing it for performance and scalability.

- Strong understanding of SAP HANA, ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.

- Ability to work with SAP HANA databases and understand how it integrates with CPI and ABAP-based solutions.

- Hands-on experience with APIs, RESTful, and SOAP web services for integrating SAP with external systems.

- Experience in data transformation techniques, such as XML, JSON, and mapping technologies.

- Familiarity with SAP PI/PO is a plus, especially in legacy integration scenarios where SAP PI/PO has been used for previous integration solutions.

- At least 5+ years of experience working with SAP integration tools, specifically SAP CPI, and ABAP
