Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance and will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the quality of virtual assistance services provided to clients.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to team members to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure continuous improvement.
Handle client feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications
