Team Lead - .Net/React.js (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers working on both front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) components, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations using JSON, ensuring efficient communication between distributed systems.

- Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant cloud applications leveraging Azure Cloud Services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, etc.).

- Ensure high-quality solutions by implementing automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CICD) pipelines in Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and healthcare domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Contribute to the architectural design of large-scale enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Provide technical leadership in the development of enterprise-grade products, with a strong focus on the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management domains.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and techniques in the .NET, React, and Azure ecosystems, recommending improvements and innovations to the team.

- Write and maintain high-quality documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira.

- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
