Senior Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities - Aggressively seek new opportunities / leads in the Construction Industry and convert them in to orders. Maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure regular business.Conduct meetings with Developers, Architects, Facade Consultants, Fabricators, Contractors and other Stake Holders in the Construction Industry to grow business. Meet with Project Managers / Engineers, Purchase Team, Technical & Design Team to gather information about ongoing and upcoming projects. Determine the business scope of Anchor Fasteners, Power Tools, Door / Window / Curtain Wall Hardware, Structural Glazing / Weather Sealants, Fire Stop Systems in Facades. Provide necessary Technical Support, Quotations, Negotiations & secure orders. Follow up on orders and ensure timely payments.

Preferred candidate profile - Sales experience in Relevant Field, Strong Network & Relationship Building Skills, Ability to convert leads into Orders, Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills, Familiar with Construction Material, Technical Knowledge, Project Understanding, Result oriented with Sales Target mindset.
