Job Title : Lead Learning & Development (Retail experience is Mandatory)
Position reports to : Head HR

Brief Summary :
- As the Lead L&D, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
- You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and deliver effective learning solutions to drive organizational success.
Brief Job Description (indicative list, not limited to the following):
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted learning programs.
- Design and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to address identified skill gaps and promote employee development.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with external vendors, subject matter experts, and trainers to source or develop training materials and resources.
- Implement and manage a learning management system (LMS) to track and monitor training activities, attendance, and learning outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Skills Required :
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
- Proven experience (at least 8 years) in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of learning and development professionals.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
