Frontend Developer - Javascript/React.js (5-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

The UX Developer will be responsible for working at the intersection of design and development.

You will collaborate closely with the UX/UI design team and developers to turn concepts and wireframes into fully functional, interactive designs that offer the best possible experience for our users.

You will focus on creating user-friendly interfaces and improving the overall user experience across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert static designs (e.g. , wireframes, mockups, prototypes) into interactive, user-friendly interfaces.

- Implement high-quality, responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Optimize and enhance user interfaces to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience across multiple platforms and devices.

- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and test user flows.

- Assist in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and validate usability with stakeholders.

- Work with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular to implement designs and user interfaces.

- Ensure designs are fully functional and responsive, optimizing performance across devices and browsers.

- Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Participate in user research and usability testing, gathering insights to improve design and functionality.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to refine and enhance user interfaces.

- Iterate on designs and implement feedback from user testing to improve the user experience.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver cohesive and functional user experiences.

- Participate in meetings to share design ideas, get feedback, and ensure project alignment.

- Provide input on design concepts, usability issues, and potential solutions during the product development cycle.

Qualifications & Skills :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

Experience :

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role with a focus on user-centered design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your work on user-centric designs and interactive prototypes.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.

- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g. , SASS, LESS) and JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision for designing prototypes and wireframes.

- Understanding of responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser compatibility
