Client Retention and Growth. o Proactively identify at-risk clients and implement strategies to retain them. o Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. o Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and presenting tailored solutions. Performance Analysis and Communication. o Regularly review client performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results. o Present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to clients in a professional and engaging manner. Collaboration and Problem-Solving. o Work closely with internal teams such as Performance and Chat Operations to address client concerns and enhance service delivery. o Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous value addition. Strategic Account Management. o Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve revenue retention and growth targets. o Monitor client accounts for declining performance, lead generation gaps, or other red flags and address them proactively. Key Qualifications. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a subscription-based or performance-driven environment. Communication Skills: oExceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage international clients effectively. oAbility to convey technical or performance-related insights in an easily understandable manner. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
