Job Description
Consulting with management, stakeholders, clients, and users to determine requirements.
Working on implementing designs, developing high quality programs and systems, partnering with our clients to ensure high quality deliverables.
Creating technical artifacts and respond to production issues and conduct any technical analysis to arrive at solutions.
Developing functional requirements, business cases and mapping business processes.
Ensuring the continuous delivery of business information systems solutions that align with strategic goals.
Knowledge sharing through the learnings from projects and leverage knowledge from other projects to drive high efficiency and effectiveness.
Analysing current business processes and systems.
Creating procedures to improve the existing systems.
Assessing hardware and software needs and providing recommendations for improvements.
Integrate new software and hardware changes seamlessly to clients network.
Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one Programming Language.
Advanced conceptual understanding of one database and one Operating System.
Understanding of Software Engineering with practice in at least one project.
Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently.
Exposure to Design Principles and ability to understand Design Specifications independently.
Ability to run Test Cases and scenarios as per the plan.
Ability to accept and respond to production issues and coordinate with stake holders.
Good understanding of SDLC.
Analytical abilities and Logical thinking.
Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years experience as a business systems analyst.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly analytical mindset.
Proficient in Ms Technologies and Ms Projects.
Previous experience in systems integration.
Experience with EDI integration in supply chain.
