Assembly Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Daily production monitoring
• Consumables and spares planning for assembly machines and fixtures
• New part trials in assembly
• Directs all work in their assigned departments in accordance with specifications established.
• Utilize the machines, materials, services, reports and recommendations.
• Makes every effort to overcome obstacles, such as material shortages or machine and tooling breakdowns, which may interfere with meeting schedules or maintaining quality.
• Standard parameters and procedures for assembly
• Production orders entry
• Housekeeping & 5s implementation
• Training and assistant to co-workers/staff Safety and quality training to workers and sub ordinates TRAINING PLAN ON PAPER
• To conduct regular department inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety. To arrange proper maintenance, operation and orderliness of working area, machinery, equipments, facility, and material in process with in the area.
• Responsible for running MRP for avoid material shortages.
• Preparation of daily assembly plan.
• Coordination with dispatch and store depts. & timely help required to mention depts.
