About your new role :

1. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven insights.

2. Coordinating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Key role in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, project managers, and developers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

5. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, user manuals, and training materials.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

What Makes You A Great Fit :

1. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations and technology.

2. Hands on experience on Advance Excel, however basic knowledge of SQL & other data processing languages would be a plus.

3. Be able to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support data-driven decision making and enable business growth.

4. The candidate must possess leadership qualities and thus be able to take ownership and responsibility of the allocated projects/KRAs.
