Cohesity - Sales Compensation Analyst (3-5 yrs)

- Cohesity is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of sales compensation plans and system set-up for all plan participants.

- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to maintain data integrity and address participant inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Administer sales compensation plans and participant data within the SAP Callidus Commissions system.

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX and business controls to ensure system accuracy and compliance.

- Create and maintain documentation for sales incentive plans and individual quota (goal) letters.

- Validate sales participant data for accuracy and alignment with compensation plan guidelines.

- Review and process participant changes to ensure accurate commission calculations.

- Address inquiries from sales plan participants regarding plans and commissions.

- Research and resolve commission calculation questions using SAP Callidus, Salesforce, Workday, and Anaplan.

- Collaborate with Sales Operations and HR teams on participant-related data management.

- Manage the Commission Team's ticketing queue and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commission system administration and operations.

- Proficiency in SAP Callidus Commissions or similar commission tools.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience in a high-tech or B2B SaaS environment.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Anaplan, and Workday is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience performing SOX and business controls.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to interpret and analyze business documents effectively.
