We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive product analyst to join our dynamic team, collaborating with product managers in the digital payments and collections space. The individual will play a critical role in enhancing customer onboarding and product usage journeys, identifying trends in the payment ecosystem and improving product adoption and growth.
The ideal candidate will combine expertise in product analytics, market research and industry trends to shape product strategy and innovation. The candidate will also contribute toward development and governance of a robust risk framework for payment products to ensure mitigation of operational and non-operational risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers to drive improvements in product journeys and implement best industry practices in customer onboarding and product usage journeys
- Conduct research on the latest trends in digital payments, collections and fintech ecosystems and latest evolving regulations to identify opportunities and threats in an evolving payment ecosystem
- Benchmark competitors and analyze industry developments to present insights to management towards actionable product ideas and enhancements
- Work with analytics team centrally to drive adoption, growth, lead generation and help in shaping overall product strategy through data analytics. Also help create reports and dashboards that communicate actionable insights to management
- Create a robust framework for risk governance and mitigation of potential risks associated with payment and collection products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design and customer support to ensure alignment with product vision and customer needs
- Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data driven improvements to product and customer experiences
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in payables and receivable management is preferred. Understanding of one or more of payment systems like NACH, BBPS, UPI, payment gateway or NPCI product is preferred.
- Preferably 4+ years of post MBA experience in CX, analytics, risk or research or similar role in digital payments in banks or fintech ecosystem
- Strong problem solving skills and data driven decision making
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferably a B-Tech and or an MBA Degree
