Job Description : Techno-Functional Business Analyst (BFSI Domain)

Experience : 4-9 years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or maximum of 2 weeks

Work Mode : Hybrid

Locations : Sholinganallur, Chennai, or Kodathi, Bangalore

Shift Timing : Regular

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Analysis and Documentation :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Write Functional and Technical Specification documents.

2. Technical Engagement :

- Conduct technical discussions with architects and engineering teams.

- Provide hands-on expertise in PL-SQL, API integrations, or data-related tasks like modeling, mapping, and analysis.

3. Development Insight :

- Work closely with development teams and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

- Participate in global enterprise-scale application development and implementation in Agile environments.

4. Domain Expertise :

- Understand international banking or financial services with experience in Wholesale Banking and areas such as : KYC (Know Your Customer), Tax (FATCA, CRS), Regulations (MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank).

Stakeholder Communication and Facilitation :

- Conduct workshops, discussions, and meetings to align stakeholders at all levels.

- Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

5. Problem Solving and Innovation :

- Perform root cause analysis and generate creative solutions.

- Facilitate negotiations to achieve consensus between multiple stakeholders.

6. Tools and Methodologies :

- Utilize tools like Microsoft Office, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO), and collaboration platforms effectively.

Mandatory Skills :

1. BFSI Experience : Proven expertise in Banking, Finance, Securities, or Insurance domains.

2. Technical Proficiency :

- JSON

- Functional and Technical Specification documentation

One of the following :

a) PL-SQL

b) API Integration

c) Data-related skills (modeling, mapping, and analysis)

3. Experience in technology-driven roles with development exposure.

Good-to-Have Skills :

1. Experience with KYC-CLM, XML, or Python.
