Notice Period : Immediate or a maximum of 15 days (Candidates must have resigned and serving notice period)

Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced Salesforce QA (Manual) professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with a good grasp of Salesforce Service Cloud and relevant Salesforce modules such as Workflow and Live Chat. The candidate should also be familiar with end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, integration/API testing, test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.

This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to test complex Salesforce processes, ensuring that all features function as expected and meet business requirements. You will be expected to communicate effectively with teams, track bugs, and deliver testing results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Testing :

1. Perform manual testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Service Cloud (desirable).

2. Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce processes, ensuring the functionality meets business requirements.

3. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is good to have but not mandatory.

4. Perform smoke testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing on Salesforce applications.

Test Planning and Execution :

1. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand user stories and business requirements.

2. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the testing cycle.

3. Execute the test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all scenarios.

4. Report defects promptly and work with the development team to track and resolve them.

Integration/API Testing :

1. Perform integration testing or API testing with 3rd-party systems from Salesforce.

2. Ensure smooth interactions between Salesforce and external systems through effective testing.

Collaboration and Reporting :

1. Collaborate with project teams, including developers and team leads based both locally and internationally, to ensure timely delivery of test cases and accurate defect reporting.

2. Participate in daily standups, product review meetings, and weekly meetings.

3. Provide effective test reporting and document test results, issues, and resolutions.

Documentation and Traceability :

1. Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

2. Ensure all defects are properly tracked using defect tracking tools like JIRA (primary tool, or any other relevant tools).

Automation Testing (Good to Have) :

1. Basic understanding of test automation and ability to write simple automation scripts (good to have).

2. Familiarity with Salesforce test automation tools or frameworks is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud mandatory, Service Cloud desirable).

2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud modules.

3. Experience in Salesforce Workflow and Live Chat testing (mandatory).

Testing Skills :

1. Strong experience in manual testing including smoke testing, functionality testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.

2. Experience in integration/API testing for third-party systems from Salesforce (mandatory).

3. Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or any other relevant tool.

Communication Skills :

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with local and offshore teams.

2. Ability to report defects clearly and track their resolution in collaboration with developers.

Flexibility :

1. Ability to work during overlapping hours with teams outside India, as needed.

Additional Skills (Good to Have) :

1. Basic knowledge of automation testing (Salesforce test automation tools are a plus).

2. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Good to have).

Preferred Skills :

1. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce AppExchange tools is an advantage.

2. Experience with Salesforce mobile app testing is a plus.
