Solution Architect - AWS Cloud Migration (15-20 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical solutions and system architectures.

- Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective systems that meet organizational goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for optimal performance.

- Create and document architectural blueprints, including data flow diagrams, integration strategies, and technical specifications.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct system performance assessments and implement optimization strategies.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar architectural role.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others relevant to the tech stack.

- Hands-on experience with API design, integration frameworks, and middleware solutions.

- Solid knowledge of databases, both relational (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).

- Excellent understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- 15-18 years of solid digital experience on Java based platform, full stack and with Cloud Migration experience preferably AWS.

- The work would require developing platforms, designing migration patterns from legacy to newer technologies.

- He should be flexible to work in late evening shift till 11PM

- Should be coming from MNC Company and worked on US Projects.

- Also, hands on Testing Automation will be indeed an advantage

- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with AI/ML and data engineering pipelines.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in collaborative environments.

Education and Certifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
