Senior Salesforce Engineer - Apex/Visual Force (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to drive projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement platform improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the Salesforce environment.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security configurations.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.

- Proficiency with declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in Salesforce environments.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with industry-specific Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education and Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
