Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that meet our business requirements. You will be a key contributor in translating business processes into technical solutions, driving Salesforce platform improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and other Salesforce tools.

- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to gather and refine technical requirements.

- Create and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

- Perform Salesforce configurations, customizations, and upgrades as needed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

- Stay updated with Salesforce's latest releases, features, and ecosystem developments, recommending improvements to enhance platform usage.

Requirements :


- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, architecture, and security.

- Proficiency in building integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative features, such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Workbench, Data Loader).

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or other advanced certifications.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Familiarity with industries like [insert industry: e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.] and their Salesforce applications (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

- Exposure to front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
