Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management :
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using SAS tools.
- Segment customer data to ensure precise targeting and personalization.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
SAS Programming:
- Write and optimize SAS code for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Automate campaign workflows and reporting processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign KPIs (e.g., ROI, CTR, conversion rates).
- Present findings and strategies to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure campaigns comply with data protection regulations and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and data analytics best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, and Campaign Management).
- Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- PEGA
- Teradata SQL
- SAS campaign management tools (SAS MA, SAS CI360, SAS RTDM)
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign analysis or a similar role.
- Experience in customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
