Required Skills :

- Overall with 10 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 6 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

- Proven experience in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and automation tools.

- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization concepts.

- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native applications.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.

- Solid experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and best practices, particularly ITIL.

- Proven experience in managing ITSM processes such as incident, problem, change, and release management.

- Proficiency in ITSM tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell)

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Experience with security best practices in containerized environments.
