Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Expert with extensive experience in Janus and WebRTC technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the development and optimization of real-time communication solutions, leveraging their expertise in WebRTC and Janus Gateway to build scalable and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and optimize applications using C++ with a focus on real-time communication technologies.

2. Integrate and manage the Janus Gateway for signaling and media handling.

3. Develop custom WebRTC solutions for audio, video, and data streaming.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in real-time communication pipelines.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements.

6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in WebRTC and related technologies.

7. Document code, APIs, and technical processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Experience :

1. 9+ years of professional experience in C++ development.

2. Expertise in Janus Gateway and its integration with real-time systems.

3. Strong hands-on experience with WebRTC for building peer-to-peer communication platforms.

4. In-depth knowledge of media streaming protocols like RTP/RTCP, SRTP, and ICE.

5. Proficient in handling SDP negotiation and STUN/TURN servers for WebRTC connectivity.

6. Familiarity with REST and WebSocket APIs for signaling in WebRTC applications.

7. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills for real-time communication pipelines.

8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.

2. Familiarity with Linux environments and networking concepts.

3. Understanding of other real-time communication frameworks (e.g., SIP).

4. Prior experience working with multimedia frameworks such as GStreamer or FFmpeg.
