We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities in the technology sector. With strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills, you will foster lasting client relationships, positioning Codemancers as a trusted partner.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients and develop sales pipelines through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email marketing, and online research.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal and closure.
Work with clients to identify their technical needs, challenges, and business requirements. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to their use cases.
Conduct in-depth technical assessments to understand clients business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of technology concepts and trends.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience with sales tools and CRM systems like Zendesk, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
