Position : Senior Frontend Developer (React JS)

Location : Kolkata / Pune

Experience : 3.5 - 4 years minimum

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web applications.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, user-friendly web applications, ensuring high-quality visual and functional outcomes.

- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless communication between the two layers.

- Design and implement responsive and adaptive web interfaces, ensuring a consistent user experience across all devices and screen sizes.

- Write clean, modular, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Develop features and functionalities for web applications using React.js, adhering to industry best practices and project requirements.

- Optimize websites and applications for speed and scalability, including performance profiling and fine tuning for improved load times.

- Research and experiment with new frontend technologies, frameworks, and libraries to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and development efficiency.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to maintain a high-quality and error-free product.

- Review code written by peers to ensure adherence to coding standards, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development and share insights with the team.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with React.js and related libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.

- Familiarity with build tools like Vite, Webpack, or Parcel.

- Experience with CSS frameworks or libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Styled Components.

- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.

- Basic knowledge of Docker is a plus.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library is an advantage.
