Key Responsibilities.

General Accounting Activities for USA and India operations.

Bookkeeping for USA using QuickBooks Online.

Bookkeeping for India using Zoho Books.

Maintain combined internal books for both USA and India operations.

Manage Payroll for India.

Assist with General FP&A tasks as needed.

Handle Invoicing from Codebase India to Codebase USA.

Coordination with Management for client invoicing for Codebase USA.

Tools And Platforms.

QuickBooks Online (USA).

Zoho Books (India).

Chasecom (USA banking).

HDFC Bank (India banking).

Personal Requirements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing Agile environment.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team to meet deliverables.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
