Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for brainstorming creative ideas with Growth Marketing team, and developing visual concepts. You are someone who will also collaborate with other graphic designers, performance marketers, business analysts, writers, and programmers to create successful collaterals, campaigns, or websites.
Your qualities as a executor:
- You take ownership manage well.
- You are aware of all the latest trends of the market to suggest better creative ideas.
- Ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication skill and experience in a start-up would be a plus.
- Positive attitude and ready to bring in innovative ideas on the table.
- Should be very good at meeting work timelines.
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Location: Gurgaon (work from office)
Roles Responsibilities:
- You will determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Creating visual concepts to communicate information. You will create everything from posters to packaging, logos and marketing materials.
- Should be able to ideate and create collaterals for all Social Media handles
- Should be adept in creating Brand Identity and brand guidelines
- Should have a working knowledge of all kinds of packaging designs and can execute creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging.
- Should have sound printing knowledge.
- Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software
- Review designs for errors before they are printed or published
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skill Sets Qualifications:
- Should have at least 3-4 years of work experience in any D2C startup, FMCG industry background will be preferred.
- A graduate from a prominent art college with proficiency in Adobe Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Photography and Video creation and editing is an added advantage and candidates with the same will be preferred.
- Should know basic animation for GIF creation.
- Result oriented, highly passionate candidates should apply.
- Should be able to make timely decisions more importantly can solve a problem efficiently.
