Job Description

- Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head for Cash Management Services (RCM Direct to Retail) to lead our sales efforts in Delhi and South India (Bangalore/Chennai).

- The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building and maintaining strong client relationships with BFSI and organized retailers.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in cash management services, and a deep understanding of the market.

- Cash Drop.

- Cash Pick-ups.

- Cash Delivery.

- Cash Deposit Machines.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.

- Establish and nurture relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote CMS's cash management solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position CMS's offerings.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Must-Haves:.

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with significant experience in cash management services.

- Strong network within the BFSI sector and organized retail industry.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Good to Have:

- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

- Experience working in a regional or national sales role.

- Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Delhi and South India.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
