Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (US Shift)

Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns to attract potential clients within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), email marketing, and social media campaigns, along with a solid understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), marketing automation tools and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and paid advertising.

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential leads in the healthcare sector, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, email platforms, and other digital channels.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts to promote our services and educate prospects about medical billing solutions.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in outbound digital marketing, preferably in medical billing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media, and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
