Pharmacy Cluster Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for retail medicine products
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals, to promote our products and services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase sales
• Train and supervise the pharmacy sales team, provide support and guidance, and ensure their success in meeting sales targets
• Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all industry regulations and guidelines
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors; activities, and new products in the market, and provide feedback to the management team
• Receivable Management Periodic receivable review, plan monthly collection and ensure overdue at month ends are bare minimum
• Responsible for the Store operational, Inventory control and customer experience
• Driving sales goals and performance through daily coaching and development
• Managing store performance and staffing to meet customer demand, decreasing costs and yielding the highest possible return for the company.
• Generate Business from different source in Kolkata West Bengal

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor & similar degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field
