Qualification :
1) Minimum of 7+ years experience in beauty industries
2) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).

Job Requirements :
1) To ensure the delivery of operational KPI, sales and profitability plan across institutes.
2) Effectively manage and review the P&L of all the institute to optimize institute profitability.
3) Create and execute strategies on smooth and timely store roll outs, branding and advertisements.
4) Optimize hiring of manpower in line with the business plans.
5) Ensure standardization and brand essence is maintained at all institutes.
6) To ensure that all institutes adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures.
7) To identify underperforming institutes and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
8) Coaching the admin and staffs on performance improvement. Work on individual institute improvement plan.
9) Manage costs, overheads and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the business.
10) Plan and implement business merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and appearance image.
11) Liaise with external agencies (brand principals) and authorities as necessary (Training, Marketing & PR)
12) Responsible for achievement of business top line and bottom line.
13) Driving Business as Execution and implementation of all Sop's.
14) Increase Productivity through Client retention, capacity and resources utilization.
15) Designing, Implementing and executing marketing offers through BTL/ATL and digital platforms.
16) Motivating, coaching and counselling team members.
17) Arrange structured visits once per month to the institute within the Cluster / Clusters. The target is to support, coach & lead the institute teams to improved performance in both sales and compliance areas. Increased focus to be applied to any risk and focus institute that have been highlighted by the Regional Manager.
18) Review all institute Rotas and store productivity on a weekly basis to ensure all institutes have managed within their targeted hours and all shifts have been allocated to reflect business trends and needs.
19) Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager.
20) Take part in the recruitment and selection process of all AM vacancies within the Cluster / Clusters.
