ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Patient support consultant to handle queries from Patient and provide support to them. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that patient service is provided to its best quality.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient consultations and engagement.
• Patients follow up.
• Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners)
• Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient.
• Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM.
• Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
• Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE (MUST-HAVES):

• Graduate, preferably BDS
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be patient, positive, and professional.
• Ability to set and meet goals.

LANGUAGE SPECIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):

• For South Center: English, Hindi, & Tamil / Telugu
