Job Title : Software design Engineer ( .Net Developer)

About the job :

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient systems and applications using .NET Core, ASP.Net MVC, and SQL.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web-based applications using C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or .NET frameworks.

- Write, optimize, and maintain complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and queries to ensure optimal database performance.

- Conduct database performance tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting to maintain application speed and reliability.

- Assist in modernizing legacy systems by migrating them to newer technologies and platforms, ensuring minimal disruption during the process.

- Provide strategic input on migration plans and evaluate potential risks.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Create detailed system designs and architecture diagrams to align with business goals.

- Perform rigorous testing of code, including unit testing and debugging, to ensure high-quality and bug-free software.

- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.

- Participate actively in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to deliver well-rounded solutions.

- Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.

- Prepare comprehensive documentation for application designs, development processes, and user manuals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

- 4+ years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiences

- Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or .NET

- Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle.

- Experience working in an agile development environment
