Job Description
We are looking for five enthusiastic and skilled Support Engineers with 1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce configurations and development. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our global customers, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of our Salesforce-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Responsibilities
    • Develop and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
    • Design and implement API integrations with third-party systems.
    • Work with the QA team in analyzing and resolving production issues and defects.
    • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
    • Maintain and update technical documentation.
  • Customer Support Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and product-related inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy.
    • Work on rotating shifts to provide product support to customers and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. While you will work in shifts you are also expected to be on-call 24/7.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
    • Document and share best practices to enhance the customer experience.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce configurations and development.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, data management, and workflow automation.
    • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or similar certifications.
    • Experience working in a customer support or technical support role.
    • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
    • Knowledge of integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
