Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with 9+ years of experience in SAP implementation, migration, and support. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in S/4HANA modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and new functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform system integrations, testing, and user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Develop technical documentation and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in SAP with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in one or more SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM/SD), Manufacturing (PP), or others.
• Strong experience in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA database, and ABAP (optional but preferred).
• Good understanding of business processes and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with integration tools and third-party system interfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with international clients and multi-country rollouts.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
