We are extremely excited about the opportunities we re seeing in providing substitute teachers and other classroom staff to K-12 schools, and we want to double down on it. For this role we are looking for someone who loves the idea of spending all day engaging their own prospects and taking them through the entire sales process from first engagement to close. This role could be the right fit if you have a passion for sales and a desire to drive growth at a startup within a startup.
You also care about schools and education and are willing to vouch for a product that will help improve their lives. You should believe in our vision and the value in creating a more accessible way for schools to bring in qualified substitute teachers.
You should expect to:
Own the end to end sales process for at least one market
Make over 300 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos
Execute the demos you book and close prospects yourself
Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM
Learn how our value proposition applies to schools so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone and in demos
