Clear (Formerly known as ClearTax) is looking for Manager (Presales) to work alongside our passionate sales team. You will be required to conduct technical feasibility calls, demonstrate the features of ClearTax products, and create customized software solutions for the customer.
To ensure success as a Senior Manager (Presales) , you should have in-depth knowledge of ERP software systems, a passion for customer delight, and high-level communications skills. Ultimately, a top- notch Presales Engineer drives success by creating specialized business software solutions, tailor- made to the customers needs.
Responsibilities:
Conducting feasibility calls with existing and potential customers for technical consultation.
Meeting with customers to discuss their software needs and creating a big picture of requirements.
Designing and commissioning customized software solutions for the customer.
Integrating ClearTax products with industry ERPs using standard technologies by developing, customising, optimising and maintaining connectors.
Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing bugs.
Providing post-installation follow-ups.
Helping the sales team with due diligence, security and all technical related queries.
Working with the Engineering and Product team to understand the changing software product and act as a liaison to the business teams.
Ensuring that solution documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
