Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer/Java Tech Lead with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore (HSR Layout). The role requires expertise in Microservices, Spring Boot, SQL, AWS, and strong coding skills in a hybrid work model.

Requirements

Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with DB2 databases.
Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS services and deploying applications on AWS.
Strong coding skills and ability to debug and fix bottlenecks.
Ability to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver software solutions independently.
Collaborate in scrum meetings to understand project scope and provide estimates.
Actively seek assistance when needed and showcase work proactively.
Mentor and upskill team members, providing performance evaluations.
Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation processes.
Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs.
