Role and Responsibilities: Organize and lead project teams throughout the project life cycle for Front-end development. Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) using frameworks like React/Angular Collaborate with backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end development trends and technologies. Develop and implement a responsive design that adapts to different devices and screen sizes. Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Some back-end experience is a bonus but not required Excellent communication and presentation skills Encourages best practice sharing and collaboration to optimize team processes and constantly keeps the business and client / internal customer at the forefront Understands anticipates Client business needs concerns issues, and monitors progress to achieve results Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Expertise in a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular). Understanding of web development best practices (e.g., accessibility, performance optimization). Experience with API development and integration.
