Job Description
CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping: Implement ITIL CMDB models and work with top public cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Manage Docker, Kubernetes, and VMware environments.
System Administration: Extensive experience with Unix and Windows servers, including advanced domain and system admin tasks.
Event Management: Expertise in platforms like Netcool, HPOM, and SolarWinds. Skilled in handling SNMP traps, MIBs, and OIDs.
Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, and XPath scripting. Strong knowledge of Ruby, Java, and RegEx.
Enterprise Application Configuration: Hands-on experience in deploying applications like Oracle, WebSphere, and Apache.
Consultancy Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with proven experience leading ITSM solution development and delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ITOM or IT services/consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (Foundation level or higher), with familiarity in frameworks like COBIT or IT4IT .
- Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript) and experience in a SaaS environment .
- Understanding of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO .
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field, with demonstrated expertise in technical consulting roles.
- Native or fluent proficiency in spoken and written English .
