We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship at our office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and understand the workings of a dynamic agri-tech company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects
Help organize company events and employee engagement activities
Provide support in other HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude
