Job Role: RPA (UiPath) - Senior Developer

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Exp: 4+ to 8 years - (Senior Developer)

Role & responsibilities:

• Design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
• Exposure to API automation Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from Business Analyst to create solution Architecture and Solution Design Document
• Create solutions for complex implementations like MFA, Captcha Web, Citrix application challenges, etc based on the Customer application landscape.
• Perform Impact Analysis, create Design Specifications as per the high-level design.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of RPA solutions.
• Conduct performance monitoring and optimization of deployed bots.
• Create and maintain solution documentation
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes
• Work within project planning constraints and provide timely updates

Preferred candidate profile:

• 4+ to 8 years of experience as an RPA Developer (automation implementation)
• Working experience in UI Path and exposure to migration work from UI Path to any other RPA tool (preferably PA or FA)
• Good exposure to error handling, Notifications, and logging, retry, configure, and terminate Flow Pattern
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
