Title Team Member – Digital Tranformation

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Objective.

Drive digital transformation and initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing the overall design in this area across the functional domains of demand, supply, capacity and material planning working closely with Lead Digital Transformation.

Major Activities / Tasks

Drive digital transformation and analytics.

Develop a robust process design for ensuring the end to planning happens in the most efficient and manner that delivers the business objectives

The design should be robust, scalable and replicable for all units

The design should also be catering to the specific requirements of API and formulations and each market.

Implementation of the same.as per the overall project timelines

Drive the implementation after working with multiple stake holders.

Ensure the testing of the solutions are done by each users.

Ensure the right reports are identified and developed

Drive issue resolutions and de bottlenecking to ensure the project timelines and business objectives are met.

Drive Process change

Design all activities related to process change

Responsible for ensuring all the users are trained and are able to adopt the new processes

Manage / engage multiple stake-holders who are involved

Provide direction to the demand and supply planning functional leads.

Provide guidance for the extended team members.

Effectively manage the relationship with the implementation partners and their teams.

Educational qualifications:

Post Graduate in Management in SCM or Operations

Relevant experience:

3~6 years experience. Strong knowledge of SAP MRP systems as well as very good functional knowledge of processes and best practices from the industry

Skill set : Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, ability to influence cross functional stakeholders, project management skills, entrepreneurial mindset to drive impact in new areas
